Lebanon Christian Academy

Bible Policy
Students will be taught the Gospel according to the following passages of Scripture:

"Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand: by which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures; and that he was buried, and he rose again the third day according to the Scriptures."  (I Corinthians 15:1-4)

"For God so loved the world that he gave his only Begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life."  (John 3:16)

"For by grace are ye saved through faith: and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God; not of works, lest any man should boast."  (Ephesians 2:8,9)

It is our privilege to teach the Bible in the classroom on a regular basis; and all academic subject will be taught from a Biblical perspective.  Whenever doctrine is taught, the doctrinal statement of the Open Door Baptist Church will be the standard.

Believing that the modern charismatic movement is not in harmony with the teaching/doctrine of the Word of God, we will no longer enroll families who participate in or associate with charismatic churches.
